Lighthouse Pointe offers several boat slip and storage options to meet your individual needs, as well as flexible payment plans and pre-pay discounts. Whichever option you choose, you will be given 24hr access through the gated entrance, as well as in-season restroom access. Each wet slip is fully covered and also includes water and a 110v electrical outlet at no additional charge. Dry storage includes a 110v electrical outlet. Options include:

A-Dock: Slips on A-dock are 28’x11′. The main walkway is 5′ wide and each finger is 4′ wide. A-Dock slips currently lease for $250/month*
B-Dock: B-Dock slips are 30′ x 11′. The main walkway is 8′ wide and each finger is 4′ wide. B-Dock slips currently lease for $265/month*
“Mega” Dock: The “Mega” Dock is unique to Lighthouse Pointe. The slip itself is 30′ x 11′. What sets the “Mega” Dock apart is the 12′ x 11′ concrete patio that is included in front of each slip. Picnic tables, gas grills, patio furniture, and storage boxes for the toys are all ways the “Mega” Dock has been utilized. “Mega” Dock slips currently lease for $300/month*. The best view on the lake is included for no extra charge.
Dry Storage: The covered dry slips are 35′ x 10′. Tenants are responsible for launching their own boats. Store your personal watercraft on the trailer in dry storage or on the water on a floating port.
Boat Lifts: Lighthouse Pointe offers a limited number of boat lifts for lease. Call for availability.
When it comes to caring for your investment, we understand that safety and security are paramount. Lighthouse Pointe Marina is fully fenced and the gate remains shut, with tenant-only access, except during normal business hours. Our concrete docks feature wide walkways that are easy to navigate and remain stable in most any weather. After hours, the marina is softly lit in amber light to protect the vision/navigation abilities of boaters as well as to reduce insect attraction.

"Two families joined together on Douglas Lake to spend Father's Day together. Two adults, 2 teenagers, 2 tweens. We rented a 24' pontoon online. We arrived on time and check in was seamless. Andy gave us instructions and off we went. We spend the day exploring coves and coastline of this beautiful lake. We arrived back to marina at the end of the day and they filled the gas tank up and we paid our bill at that time. They even made it to where we could split the bill! Thanks guys for the great experience!!"

"We were looking to spend a day on the lake while we were in the Gatlinburg area with our family, and Lighthouse Point was one of the few marinas that had ski boats available for rent. They were incredibly helpful over the phone, and took care of us when we arrived. We brought our own kids skis (they don't rent them for kids) and rented a tube and skis for my husband and I when we got there. The guys hooked us up with everything we needed and sent us on our way. This is a gorgeous lake, and our family had a blast on the water all day thanks to Lighthouse Point! Highly recommended!"

We rented the tube which was fun. Staff was helpful in getting us set up in the boat quickly and on our way, and quick checkout. Just note, gas at the end was about $75 for about 4 hours of use. Easy to get to from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge."

You swim to the red clay banks and don't wash your feet off before getting back in and trash the boat with red clay and wonder why there is a cleaning fee?? You are late upon returning the boat and wonder why there are late fees??? Again common sense goes a long ways! We had no issues and they were very good to work with. We will be back!!"

"The rental went great. Staff were competent and very thorough in covering safety and operation of the boat. They warned us of possible t-storms later in the day and got a contact number to warn us. The boat was very clean, well equipped, and everything worked - not always common on rentals. We tube a lot and suggest that the knotted up rope be replaced because the shortened rope put riders squarely in the prop wash. But overall we had a great day on a pretty mountain lake."
